In order to provide you with the freshest, highest quality product available we have teamed up with international overnight couriers. These couriers have exceptional track records for providing customers with efficient, reliable service and will do their best to get your order gets to its final destination.

Destinations
We will deliver to most addresses in the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO's and certain military institutions. We are happy to deliver to hospitals, care facilities and funeral homes if specific receiving arrangements are made by the customer in advance. Our couriers do not call ahead of delivery and cannot predict when they will deliver your order. If your package is being shipped to an apartment or a secure building that requires special access, please include the access code on the 2nd address line of the recipient's address. Also, if a package is undeliverable either because the address is incorrect or because the driver is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to the nearest distribution center and held until further direction is given. Bloom Depot cannot be held responsible in such instances.

Our Rates
Cut Flower Orders:

Our standard overnight shipping rate for cut flowers to the continental USA and Canada is $14.99. This service includes delivery to all major centers and most rural areas by 6:00 PM on the date of delivery. Priority service is also available for most major centers in North America. Our rate for this service is $19.99 and this provides delivery by 10:30 AM on the delivery date.

Potted Plant Orders

Our standard service for potted plants is our 2-day express service. This service includes delivery to all major centers and rural areas in the continental USA and Canada by 6:00 pm on the delivery date. Our standard rate for the continental USA and Canada is $14.99.

Alaska and Hawaii
Overnight standard service is available to Alaska and Hawaii at a rate of $29.99. Saturday service is also available to most addresses in these states at a rate of $49.99.

Saturday and Sunday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to most addresses in the continental USA and Canada for $29.99. Please note that these deliveries are restricted to major metropolitan areas where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday delivery is not available.

Monday Delivery
Since our couriers do not deliver over the weekend, unfortunately we are not able to offer Monday delivery direct-from-the-grower.

Receipt of Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the package on the delivery date. The couriers have been given 'signature release' which means that they are permitted to leave the package without a signature. They will always look for a safe place to leave the package, and this is only done at the driver's discretion. It is preferable for the recipient to be available for their flowers as Bloom Depot cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Tracking Numbers
Once your order has been filled and shipped by one of our growers, you will be sent an email that supplies you with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to determine the status of your order.
