Yes, you can order for a future date today. Simply choose the date you wish to have the flowers or plant delivered from the scroll down calendar menu, and we will ensure that your order is delivered on the date you specify.
Can you arrange for delivery to residential addresses?
Yes! Our courier service delivers to residential addresses. It is preferable for some-one to be available to receive the order. In the event that no-one is home when the courier arrives, the courier will assess whether it is safe to deposit the order. In the event that an order is left at a residential address and is lost or stolen, we cannot be held responsible. Alternately, the courier will return the order to the nearest depot with a notice on the residence's door.
How are your flowers delivered?
Our flowers are sent direct from our growers using an overnight courier service in order to provide you with fast, reliable delivery service. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information on rates and delivery.
How are your flowers packaged?
Our flowers are neatly wrapped in decorative cellophane and packaged in our unique gift box. Your personal message, flower food and flower care instructions are also placed in the box with your order.
How do I pay for my order?

Is Saturday delivery available?
Yes, Saturday delivery is available at a surcharge, provided the address is in or near a major urban center. Saturday delivery is not available to rural areas. Please see pricing during checkout. Saturday delivery is also available through our florist delivered service.

We take the simple route. Your order is shipped direct from our growers direct to you. Your flowers are not stored anywhere and that's why they are the freshest flowers possible, at prices that are lower than at a traditional florist. Other web based retailers can offer similar overnight service to you, but their orders are filled by traditional florists and the product.
